Conclusion of each music magazine

Each music magazine I've analysed including NME, Kerrang and Q are all very popular. In my opinion both NME and Q are the better magazines. They both have a far more grid like structure with their writing and images being placed in a neater way in comparison to Kerrang which is far more busy in that it has subsidary images basically anywhere on the page. Kerrangs front cover is mostly quite dark with harsh colours such as black, red and yellow and not much white which NME and Q both use. I think the colour white gives a lighter portrayal of magazines. It however does show that Kerrang magazine is dark and contains more heavy music rather than NME or Q which cover more relevant artists who's genre is perhaps pop, rock or indie. They are not so dark genres of music.

Again in terms of contents pages both NME and Q have structures which I prefer in comparison to Kerrang. This is because NME and Q each have a more clear type of contents pages with information on relevent things. Also, Kerrang's colour scheme again of black, yellow and red gives a tacky, look however NME and Q's colour scheme of red, white, grey anad black looks more profesional and modern look.
